Rally for Science 2018

We are delighted to announce that Eric Dayton has joined our lineup of speakers for the Rally for Science on May 19.  Born and raised in Minneapolis, Eric Dayton and his brother co-founded outdoor clothing company Askov Finlayson in 2011 with the mission to Keep the North Cold. The company measures its own carbon footprint and then gives away 110% of that amount annually to support leading-edge climate change solutions.

Take Action
We need to keep up the pressure to pass the Dustin Shields Lead Poisoning Prevention Act.  It has already passed the house, but is still stuck in the Senate.  Write your Minnesota State Senators and tell them to support the bill!  We especially need people to contact Senator Michelle Benson from Anoka.  Is she your Senator?  Give her a call!
Hennepin County District 2 includes Golden Valley, Plymouth, Medicine Lake, St. Anthony, and North & Northeast Minneapolis.  This Sunday May 13, Twin Cities Transit Union will hold a  forum for the District 2 Commissioner.  Come hear candidates' approach to transportation and affordable housing.
Join MN350 for a Block (Line 3) Party on May 18-19! Encourage our Public Utility Commissioners to#StopLine3 as they contemplate their final rulings on this pipeline, rulings that could have devastating consequences for years to come.
Immediately after the 2018 Rally for Science, join us at Tin Whiskers Brewing, just a short walk from the Mears Park. Meet the organizers, raise a pint, and pledge to continue the fight for science!  Tin Whiskers Brewing will donate a dollar for every pint sold from 2-4pm to March for Science Minnesota.
